Breaking through stigma and stereotypes, the Sex Worker's Opera is a multimedia production written and performed by Sex Worker artists and their friends.
With music spanning Opera to ‘Hip-Hopera’, incorporating sound art, projections and poetry, it offers an unflinchingly honest, upliftingly human insight into the lives of Sex Workers around the world.

The most recent UK tour sold out 6 cities, receiving glowing press coverage and setting social media on fire. The show ran for 2 hours with a cast, crew and mini-orchestra of 24.
Created through a series of workshops run by XX (Experimental Experience theatre company), featuring over 60 stories sent in from around the world, and a cast and crew of at least 50% Sex Workers, this is a rare opportunity to hear stories from a hidden and misrepresented world from the workers themselves.
